Listening For God’s Presence In Your Life
Who am I? Who is God? How do I live a live in communion with God?
These are the timeless questions of Spiritual Direction.
As we become attentive to God, our life becomes fuller, richer and more purposeful — a life lived in communion with the spiritual world.
I conduct a half-day Workshop introduction to spiritual direction, Come And See.
I have also led people through the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius of Loyola — a process known as Annotation 19.
There are three main aspects of Spiritual Direction:
- Making Space for the Sacred
- Listening Through Prayer (and prayer takes many forms)
- Discernment for Action
